About Us

  We are a family owned and operated event venue which sits on 28 acres of land including a 5-acre Vineyard. Located in Southern Maryland, you will enjoy stunning scenery and picturesque views of the Potomac River. It is the perfect place for weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, reunions, business retreats, or just a weekend getaway! We are approximately 40 miles from Washington DC and approximately 30 miles from National Harbor and MGM Grand. We also have onsite accommodations including 7 bedrooms, bridal suite, full kitchen, outdoor deck with grill, indoor heated pool and an outdoor fire pit to accommodate the perfect weekend getaway package. We have everything to make your special event perfect anytime of the year!

Event Area Description


 Newly renovated barn with covered open area "lean-to" overlooking the vineyard.  Open manicured grass area for fun outdoor games or ceremony.  Two options for ceremony location.

Reception area for DJ and dancing located inside the barn leading to an outdoor space and with bistro lighting. Dinner seating is centrally located between reception area and ceremony with white drapes and two chandeliers. Barn doors open up to catch the beautiful sunset views. Includes new luxury toilet trailer.

Guidelines

Event must end by 10 pm on weekends and 9 pm on weekdays.


Space available for large or small events.


Open year round.


Set up may be done 1 day prior to the event if previously discussed with 

management.


Client may choose vendors of choice. Caterers and bar companies are required to provide their license and insurance to the venue 30 days prior to the event.  


Must provide event insurance certificate. 


Signed contract and deposit must be completed to reserve the date and remaining balance must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable.


Event is not confirmed until contract is signed and deposit is received

Accommodations

 We are now offering accommodations at the main house located on the property. Includes seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, indoor pool, fully equiped kitchen, deck, 2 charcoal grills, firepit and breathtaking views. You will get access to all the amenities. Perfect for your out of town wedding guests, family, or just a simple weekend getaway! Please email or call us for pricing.
