Guidelines

Event must end by 10 pm

Amber View farm opens at 9 am during the day of the event.

Open year round

Set up may be done 1 day prior to the event if previously discussed with management.

Client may choose vendors of choice. Caterers and bar companies are required to provide their licenses and insurance to the venue 2 weeks prior to the event.

All events with more than 75 guests must provide 1 day event insurance.

Signed contract and deposit must paid for event to be confirmed. Final payment must be paid 30 days prior to the event.

Event is not confirmed until contract is signed and deposit is received.
